At Herbalifegift, we aim to make the delivery process clear and predictable. We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The daily cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time is 1–2 business days. This is the time needed to verify, pack, and hand your order to the carrier.
Shipping Time and Carrier
Shipping time is 3–5 business days after the order leaves our facility. We select a suitable carrier based on the delivery state, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is chosen to match the destination and service availability. The shipping time shown is an estimate provided by the carrier. It is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Total estimated delivery is calculated as processing time plus shipping time. For example, an order placed before 2:00 PM EST on Monday may be processed within 1–2 business days and then delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment.
Free Shipping
Shipping is free for all orders within the contiguous United States. There is no minimum order amount required to qualify for free shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to follow your package. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at info@herbalifegift.sbs.
Delivery Delays
Weather, peak seasons, carrier disruptions, and other unforeseen events may occasionally affect delivery. If a delay occurs, we recommend checking the tracking information first. If you need further help, contact us and we will assist you.
No Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax. No sales tax is calculated at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the amount you pay for the product and shipping.
